Mindfulness

Our primary value and the principle at the forefront of all of our retreats – mindfulness is so often overlooked, or outright forgotten, by society at large. Mindfulness is vital to the health and wellbeing of everyone, improving both mental and physical health. Physically, mindfulness increases our self-awareness, helping us to relinquish thoughts of the past or the future. This reduces our stress levels and helps keep inflammatory conditions and illnesses at bay.
